Basis of Sale

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance under these terms and conditions. To form a contract follow the onscreen instructions to place an order. You will receive an acknowledgment email, which is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance and contract completion occur upon product dispatch unless we notify you otherwise or if you cancel.

Non-acceptance may happen if:

The product is out of stock.
There is an error in pricing or description.
Payment authorisation fails.

To purchase, you must be over 16 and register with accurate personal details.

We reserve the right to withdraw products from the website anytime or refuse transactions.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before receiving the products. In the case of payment having been made, we will refund within 5 working days once we have received the monies into our account.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Return of goods

You have the right to return any goods within 14 days of delivery. They must be returned with tags on, in the original packaging. Please return to: Bags for Strife, c/o Empine Print, Unit 10, Hulme Court, Commercial Rd, Darwen BB3 0FE.

Returning goods is a cost to be covered by customers and we recommend tracking your delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit. Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email where you will be asked to provide your bank details for a refund of the original purchase price (excluding postage).

Exchange:

You have the right to exchange any products within 14 days of delivery. They must be returned with tags on, in the original packaging. Please return to: Bags for Strife, c/o Empine Print, Unit 10, Hulme Court, Commercial Rd, Darwen BB3 0FE.

Product Variations

We strive to match product images but variations may occur due to monitor settings. Colours and sizes are approximate.

Prices and Charges

Prices are in pounds Sterling, excluding delivery. We will inform you if there’s a pricing error so you can cancel or proceed at the correct price. For overseas customers, customs duties are your responsibility. Please email us info@bagsforstrife.co.uk if you require an international delivery as prices vary.

Delivery

Failed delivery returns require customer arrangement and payment for re-delivery. Delivery times are estimates and we are not liable for access issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk & Property

We bear the risk until you receive the products. Returned products become our property upon receipt.

Payment

Payments are made online. Cardholders must be over 16. All payments are subject to validation checks.
